Ultra high-quality Oolong tea ea. Hand-harvested from the rocky mountain of Wuyi in Southeast China. It is said to be one of the most expensive teas of China. The tea trees or bushes are found in the midst of the rocky mountains of Wuyi, Fujian Province.
Undertones: refreshing with hints of honey, cinnamon and .... wet rock!

BREWING GUIDE (Just a guide! Follow your own palate)
Use 3 grams or 1 tablespoon of tea
Awaken your tea.Rinse the tea first.
Bring water to aslight boil, rest for 1 min.
Add a small amount of water to the tea.
Swirl for 3 secs. Throw the water out.Add 150ml-200 ml of water.
Steep for 5 mins. Re-steep using longer brewing time, as desired.
